After the Storm Came the Calm

Today has been a day of almost constant rain and storms.  Then suddenly it cleared and left a beautiful evening so I went for a walk along the river Stour to the Sudbury.  No more words are required, just enjoy the pictures of my stunningly beautiful Suffolk. Beautiful isn't it.

I remember these superb English sunsets so very well, there is always something so special about the soft evening light.

The Stour Brook was racing along after the torrential rain, with ochre coloured soil filled run off from the fields.

Your photos capture the river and water meadows beautifully,

So beautiful. Hard to imagine all the rain earlier in the day but sometimes it's needed to clear away the clouds.

Simply stunning images, thank you so much. Suffolk and Norfolk are beautiful counties and I wish I lived in either one.
